Had a surprise today.. Went for lunch at bout 1150, FEP friend of mine had to withdraw money from POSB located at Depot Shopping Center (or something like that). The queue was long, hence I went to a conventional store to get a drink. While on my way back, I was caught by a female with filming camera on her shoulder and an ex mediacorp actor. Was awed by their appearances, the latter offered me a pineapple tart, he then asked me how was it. Even before the chew was completed, the camera started rolling with a mike closed in to my lips. I tried to control the motion of my chewing and was hurried to say a few good points about the tart. Gave some brief comments about the tart but was being improvised by the latter. The camera stopped rolling, he shook my hand and thank me after asking for my vocation and unit, and complimented: ‘wah ai, you’re fit ar!’. Hoho.. Lol..

Went to gym with Ernest today. Trained upper and lower chests, triceps, pull ups and shoulders. As usual, my momentum was being disrupted by him! However I had a fun time going to the gym with him. Advised and supported him with most of the workouts but was always vice-versa to him. We went to the toilet to flex as usual and saw no growth in his chest. Dam! Was a little disappointed, however, thinking that he seldom put in effort. Hah. Who cares!
Joked a lot in the gym and on the way home. Told him lots of stuff in and outside of camp; felt relieved after sharing problems with him, but I will never expect a solution from him. He is never serious! Nevertheless, he’s a good listener.

As usual, every Sunday is a ‘gym day’. Went there with my cousin and brother. Broke a record of 110kg bench press for 1rp (rep max). After breaking the statistics, I’ve got sick to my stomach, hence, causing me to put in slightly lesser effort in other body parts. Worked on my Chest, Triceps and Abs today, still having the strain due to 3 month’s absents from the gym cos’ of BMT. Furthermore, seldom visit the gym these days cos’ I don’t the the luxury of time to go for gym on the weekdays although I’m working from 8 - 5.
Crashed at the swimming complex; tanned for an hour and off I go, back home.
Had a chat with Ernest on the MSN. Gonna gym with him tomorrow after work. Must drag myself to gym, can’t be slacking all the time. By the time I reach OCS, I must achieve at least 25 pull ups and achieve a proportional body resembling Brad Pitt. Woof… *Light weight!!*

Wanted to go to the gym today, but woke up at 1200. Chez! Postponed to Sunday. Today is totally bored, after having my lunch, slacked in front of the comp till now.
Gene called me just now, his mood was totally messed up, sounded so troubled and emo. Is OCS really that tough? Well, will know in 3 months time if I don’t make it to Air Wing. Felt really sorry for Gene, he sounded really exhausted. Should have asked him to get into Band rather than OCS. Tsk tsk… Sorry Gene..
Aunt came back from overseas today, asked her if she could make a trip down to M’sia next week to get me PSP, but have to wait for a few more weeks cos’ it’s gonna be inconvenient. *Disappointed* Seems very emo these few days. I MUST MOVE ON!! ^^.. Alrighty.. Ciao..

2 weeks have finally passed. Getting along well with my FEP mates as time passes. Had most of their numbers keyed into my mobile, the day can’t be better till I heard my buddy from OCS was coming over to CMPB for compass test and interview. Had coffee and “catching up session” at the canteen. Heard that OCS is much tougher than I thought. Well, its all about the pride, ya.
Gave him a breather, while I worked my brain cells a little by solving Sudoku, grinded on 4 puzzles in an hour +. It’s 5! Packed, Signed out, Hopped in aunt’s car and ’snapped’; home. Waiting for 2100 to come, gonna catch AVP2 later. Ciao. Catching a nap.
*Away*

What a restless day! Moody face, sloppy mind and body… Read the news today and founded out tat Michelle Chia was being snapped at her ZG scene on new year’s countdown day. Tough luck eh; it’s the start of the year, my god!
Went to Botak Jones to have lunch with my FEP mates. The food there is awesome, had fish & chips which costs me 6.50 and portion is big, worth the money. When back after lunch, sat on the sofa and had a sudden urge to take up motor license! Texted mum and asked for approval; approval granted. Looked forward to drop by BBDC after work. As aunt was driving me to BBDC, mum texted, “dad said don’t take motor license, dangerous!”. Saddened by the text, made a detour back home.

Happy new year guys!
This is my first post of the year 2008 and it’s a start of my blogging journey. Currently I’m serving the NS as an FEP trainee (Flying Experience Program) in the AirForce. Time is changing me into an uncongenial person. I would rather be in OCS “chionging” with my fellow BMTC mates. Although FEP vocation is rather prestigious, but it’s way too boring!! My “job scope” includes, reading of papers from headlines to the footers of every single page, reading magazines (which I’ve already ‘accomplished’!), trying to understand flight manuals, answering phone calls & slacking by the front desk! As you can see, I’m having mild depression now due to the monotonous life I’m leading. By the way, it’s only the second week of the program. I’ve to languish for 3 months in CMPB. Life sucks!
